Returns & Refund Policy (UK)

At Funny Gifts (βweβ, βusβ, βourβ), we want you to be happy with your order. If something isnβt quite right, weβre here to help.
1. Returns β Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
- Items must be returned in a resaleable condition
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Personalised / Custom Items
Please note: personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
This includes items with:
- Custom names or text
- Custom photo uploads
- Bespoke designs
This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is defective.
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged)
We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
4. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional)
We will reply with return instructions.
5. Refund Processing Times
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 3β5 working days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Delivery Costs
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
8. Return Address
Return address details will be provided once you contact us.
(We recommend not publishing your home address publicly unless you have a business/warehouse address.)
